Alkashef Al-Sareea's Smart Lock service is an exclusive service for controlling the opening and closing of safes (money and jewelry safes) where the safe is opened via a secret number used only once - One Time Code (OTC). If you wish to reopen the safe again, you must obtain a new OTC.

Dynamic Secret Numbers:
Restricting safe secret numbers to specific opening times and specific persons so that the safe's secret number is changed variably and dynamically and is not fixed with a specific person, thus eliminating fear of secret numbers and safe keys being with a fixed person. There is also a validity period for using the one-time secret number.
Reliable Closing:
The process of closing safes using Alkashef Al-Sareea's Smart Lock technology is reliable, meaning the closing process is completed by tightly closing the safe door and turning the door bolt dial.
Dual Opening Mechanism:
To open the safe, the employee's frequency contact key must first be used (Frequency Contact Key is different from the iron safe key, it is an electronic frequency key) and then entering the OTC secret number granted once with a specific validity period.

Code Receipt Methods:
Secret numbers are sent using SMS, email, phone call, WhatsApp.
Free Installation and Maintenance (5-year contracts):
All locks and necessary modification operations are installed for free in case of five-year contracts.

Closure Confirmation:
In case of closing the safe and finishing its use, the safe user who closed it will see a closure code which they must provide to Alkashef Al-Sareea operations center to confirm the safe has indeed been closed properly.
